I'm not a picky person, and, as I survive on a working-student budget, I don't expect much. However, I would not send my worst enemy here if I had one. It was easy to find, convenient with regards to the interstate, downtown, and restaurants, and the staff was helpful. BUT...The room was horribly filthy. The toilet was broken. No telling how long it had been there because it smelled to high heaven. And, the thermostat was broken. I either sweat or froze, never able to get comfortable. I was scared to sleep in the bed! This was not the ideal situation, of course, with flying to Columbus for a 1-night stay because of an interview I had the next morning. I really needed a good night's rest, which, as you can see, didn't happen.
The sad part is, I WISH I were making this up, but, alas, I am not. I will never go there ever again. online travel website, in order to keep your reputation in high graces, I would strongly suggest removing this establishment as well as any others that come remotely close to this off of your list. It looks bad on your part that you would "recommend" such places to your customers. I'm a long standing online travel website customer, as you well know, so I'm suggesting this out of true concern for you. -

If you're short on money and are not picky (at all) then this might do. The weekly rate is $65 -- I think some homeless probably live here. -

filthy tub and toilet,big hole in wall,greasy night stands,dirty carpet and floors, We had a sister in the hospital and didn"t know the area,and this was close to the hospital,and at night or we wouldn"t have stayed, We looked for another place the next morning.We have stayed at other Knights Inns and we cant understand how their name would be on a place like this

Room was not clean. Air freshener was a sheet of Bounce fabric softener impaled on the door stop. Wall paper peeling off the walls. Mattresses encased in cheap plastic. Homeless people had a bonfire in the swimming pool. Paint peeling off the exterior doors. Continental breakfast was either coffe or tea--nothing else. Don't recommend this hotel to anyone.
Water was hot immediately. -

I WOULD NOT STAY THERE IF I WAS HOMELESS. GOT TO HOTEL! WAS THE NASTY AS HELL! EVERYTHING ABOUT IT! SO BAD, DID NOT STAY. WENT AND PAID FOR ANOTHER HOTEL AND TOOK IT AS A LOSE. LET ME TELL YOU THIS. YOU WOULD BE OUT OF YOUR MIND TO STAE HERE. HOTEL SHOULD NOT BR OFFERED ONLINE!
